These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SparkPoster.com website (“Website”) and any services provided by SparkPoster (“Company”). 10.1 SparkPoster reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, SparkPoster will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at SparkPoster’s sole discretion.
10.2 By continuing to access or use the Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Website.
